The Office of Workforce Performance and Management delivers training, professional development, performance management and awards assistance, and employee engagement activities, ensuring diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principles are embraced and infused across the OIG.
The office consists of four teams with four distinct workloads: performance management and awards; training and professional development; DEIA; and employee engagement, onboarding, and mentoring.
