Office of Workforce Performance and Development
The Office of Workforce Performance and Management delivers training, professional development, and employee engagement activities, while ensuring diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) principles are embraced and infused across the OIG.
The office consists of three teams with three distinct workloads: training and professional development; DEIA; and employee engagement, including onboarding, and mentoring.
