Three Mississippi Women Charged with Stealing SSA Benefits

Three women face separate charges they stole from the Social Security Administration. Each was indicted recently by a federal grand jury and charged with taking survivors’ insurance benefit payments to which she was not entitled. Joyce Ann Manning, 38, of Columbus is accused of taking about $25,699. She pleaded not guilty and is free on a $10,000 bond, awaiting a July 9 trial. Sara Deloach, 59, of Columbus, is accused of taking about $13,684. Ethelene Pridgeon, 56, of West Point, is accused of taking about $53,703.
