Objectives: To determine whether the Atlantis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center (1) had effective safeguards over the receipt and disbursement of Social Security benefits and (2) ensured Social Security benefits were used and accounted for in accordance with the Social Security Administration’s policies and procedures.
