The Social Security Administration’s Determinations of Supplemental Security Income Recipients’ Trusts

The objective was to determine whether the Social Security Administration’s policies and procedures prevented it from assigning multiple Social Security numbers to non-citizens who applied for original numbers through the Enumeration at Entry and Enumeration Beyond Entry processes.
