Objectives: To (1) determine whether costs claimed on the State Agency Report of Obligations for SSA Disability Programs for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2004 were allowable and funds were properly drawn; (2) evaluate Texas Disability Determination Services’ internal controls over the accounting and reporting of administrative costs; and (3) perform a limited review to assess the general security control environment.
