For our audit of Fiscal Year 2004 and 2005 administrative costs claimed by the New York Division of Disability Determinations (DDD), our objectives were to
- evaluate the DDD’s internal controls over the accounting and reporting of administrative costs,
- determine whether costs claimed by the DDD were allowable and funds were properly drawn, and
- assess limited areas of the general security controls environment. A review of the indirect cost was not part of this review. It will be completed at a later date.
