Objectives: To (1) determine whether costs claimed on the State Agency Report of Obligations for SSA Disability Programs for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2003, were allowable and properly allocated and funds were properly drawn; (2) evaluate Louisiana Disability Determination Services’ (LA-DDS) internal controls over the accounting and reporting of administrative costs; and (3) perform a limited review to assess the general security control environment.
