Objectives: To (1) evaluate the Delaware Disability Determination Services' (DE-DDS) internal controls over the accounting and reporting of administrative costs, (2) determine whether costs claimed for Federal Fiscal Years 2001 through 2003 were allowable and properly allocated and funds were properly drawn, and (3) assess the general security controls environment.
