Administrative Costs Claimed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Disability Determination Program

Objectives: To (1) determine whether costs claimed on the State Agency Report of Obligations for Social Security Administration Disability Programs for the period October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2005 were allowable and properly allocated and funds were properly drawn; (2) evaluate Puerto Rico Disability Determination Program’s internal controls over the accounting and reporting of administrative costs; and (3) perform a limited review to assess the general security control environment.
