Our objective was to determine the availability of data in foreign countries the Social Security Administration could use to identify changes that may impact a beneficiary’s right to, or amount of, Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance benefits. Specifically, we limited our review to data contained in death records in Canada, England, and Ireland.
