The Social Security Administration’s Oversight of the Dell Workstation Blanket Purchase Agreements under the General Services Administration’s Schedule Contract GS-35-F-4076D

Objective: To assess the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) oversight of three Blanket Purchase Agreements issued under the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule Contract GS-35-F-4076D to acquire Dell workstations, peripheral equipment, and installation and support services. Specifically, we determined whether the goods and services were delivered timely, within specifications and at the agreed to price.
